Built for Accuracy and Consistency
At 12th Dimension Industries, quality and traceability are fundamental to everything we manufacture.
We maintain a Quality Management System aligned with AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements and are actively working toward certification to support aerospace and high-reliability applications.
Quality Commitments
Our quality system is designed to support precision manufacturing with accountability and repeatability. Key commitments include:
A Quality Management System structured to meet AS9100 and ISO 9001 requirements
Full material traceability maintained from raw material receipt through final shipment
Documented job travelers used to control and record each manufacturing operation
First Article Inspections (FAI) performed on all in-house operations (AS9102-compliant or equivalent)
Risk-based process control to ensure repeatability and compliance for critical features
Supplier and subcontractor oversight for all special processes and outside services
Certificates of Conformance provided with every shipment
Ongoing internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer satisfaction and defect prevention
Controlled Processes & Traceability
Job travelers accompany each part through every operation, ensuring full process control from raw material through finished product.
All materials are received with chemical and physical certifications and are clearly identified to maintain complete traceability to heat lot or batch numbers throughout the manufacturing process.
This approach ensures that every part can be traced back through its manufacturing history with clarity and accountability.
First Article & In-Process Inspection
We perform First Article Inspections (FAI) on all in-house operations, from initial cutting through final processing.
FAIs capture actual results against drawing and specification requirements, including dimensional data, test results, and relevant process notes. Inspections are documented directly on the drawing or via an AS9102-compliant (or equivalent) report, depending on customer requirements.
In-process inspections are used as needed to ensure continued compliance throughout manufacturing.
Documentation & Certification
All shipments include a Certificate of Conformance detailing applicable process descriptions, vendors used, purchase order references, and part numbers.
Certifications for all subcontracted special processes — including heat treat, plating, anodizing, and coatings — are provided as required by customer and purchase order requirements.
Continuous Improvement
We conduct regular internal audits and continuously improve our systems to meet the evolving demands of aerospace and other high-reliability industries.
Our focus remains on quality, reliability, defect prevention, and long-term customer satisfaction.
